The creator has found a very clever and unique way of designing the glass to look connected already, without the need for bogging your system down with more mods. Without any connected glass mods necessary. The John Smith Legacy texture pack is also one of the very few resource packs that actually boasts improved window visuals. You will find yourself stunned by the care put into this pack to make each and every detail more appealing and realistic.
Even the gravel will look more textured and true to real life. I have no idea if this wiki article I wrote is still up to date (forge changed their site) but this can get you halfway if you needed a forge reference. This makes The John Smith Legacy pack ideal for creating realistic fortresses, castles, or any other structures you wish to have a more weathered and dated look. Then throw in MPM and Optifine into the mods folder and you're good to go. All you need to do is install forge 1.12.2 without any mods in the folder, and run it separately to get any new libraries. Optifine can work as a client installer as well as a mod.
the texturepack can just stay int he resourcepacks folder without any issue. These are tested and compatible together: fortunately for you I had to change my client over to 1.12.2 today, and I know the exact mods that will work for you. despite it saying 1.11, the texture pack at is definitely for 1.12. I'll just answer your questions one by one: PS: I see that in the MPM mod website there is no download for Minecraft 1.11 version, but only 1.10.2, 1.11.2 or 1.12.0. My questions are:ġ) The last Massivecraft medieval RPG texturepack is designed for Minecraft 1.11, so do I have to play with Minecraft 1.11 version? Or can I use the last 1.12.2 version?Ģ) If I have to use 1.11, do I also have to install Forge, Optifine, the Mpm and other mods for the 1.11 version and not for 1.12.2? Must they have all the same version?ģ) If I have already installed Optifine and the texturepack, do I have to uninstall them before installing Forge, and then reinstalling them within it? Or can I just install them again with Forge? I have already installed optifine and the texture pack and played successfully with them in singleplayer, but I have not installed Forge yet. I played in the server with vanilla without problems, I like it very much :-) but now I would like to play using Optifine, the More Player Models mod and the medieval texture pack. I have some questions about the recommended mods.
Hello! Excuse me, but I'm new to the server :-)
